Rating by category:
location was good, staff were very welcoming
The position was great, would have prefered a room on the front looking at the lake. The buffet dinner was very good if a little expensive.
The service was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable and quiet.
Reasonably priced and close to town centre - We were able to stay an extra night when our plans changed because of the weather. Staff were obliging.
Later breakfast and hot coffee may be the only things we missed. Later breakfast meant food had been sitting too long.
I enjoyed the aspect of solitude and relaxation whilst staying at the hotel and coupled with the friendly staff, I felt that I could come and go (as I did) with no worries whatsoever.
Convenient location, easy walk to town. The room was big and comfortable,it had 1 double and 1 single bed plus a table and 2 comfortable tub chairs. We had dinner in the hotel both nights, good value for money and a nice setting overlooking the lake.
We only had to stay one night
A deal of noise transfer from adjacent rooms, particularly to operation of the main (sliding) door was very noisy. Food at the restaurant was ordinary. PARKING WAS A NIGHTMARE..... VEHICLE SPACES WERE BOTH TOO FEW AND TOO NARROW.
Horrible layout, 2 small beds instead of kingsize preferred, old and dingy. Items in room not working right.
Quiet and comfortable. Also well situated close to all attractions. A very good breakfast was included in the price, making the entire experience excellent value for money.
Warm, spacious upstairs studio ensuite unit with view over the Lake to the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. Sky sport TV in lounge area adjacent to dining room.
Hotel staff always smiling and very helpful in all areas.....Hotel room that we had was a standard room however very clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely each and every morning of our four night stay....overall we would definetly stay there again.
Great value for money with a full breakfast for a great rate-unable to beat
Quiet, welcoming ,clean, tidy and comfortable. Service by staff members very gracious and obliging.
The hotel is well equipped and well localized.
The reception staff were very helpful
The mouldy milk in the fridge, which was off - very odd. The tiny double bed The paper thin walls
